Student must follow DRESS CODE MISSED CLASS- student can miss (4) days of class but must make-up any and all training within 90 DAYS Student may not use CELL PHONE without proper permission ($25 fee will apply) NO LATE PICK UPs - Student must be pick-up on time ($5 per 5 minutes late) MISSED DRIVE FEE of $50 if student don't cancel drive within 24 hours of drive time Credit fees are Non-refundable - Cancellation fee $50 if cancel after 72 hours of sign-up Verification of Enrollment – must be obtained to get an permit ( Student must be passing all classes and can NOT have to many absentees). Class Transfer fee - $30
